Tool 190i1000M060A

The 190i1000M060A is a 1" 9-flute corner radius end mill from the 190 Series, for precision finishing in steel, hardened alloys and nickel-based superalloys. The M in the part number sets the length: 2.000" length of cut (2x diameter).

Nine flutes, the most on any Sonic end mill, let you run the highest table feed at a given chip load per tooth.
Use it for the finishing pass in hardened steel and superalloys, where a lower flute count can't hold the surface finish.
The 0.060" corner radius leaves a 0.060" fillet where the wall meets the floor.
The TiAlSiN coating is built for heat: it holds up to 1000°C and its low-friction surface cuts down wear.
