The 220 Series is Sonic's 2-flute ball nose solid carbide end mill for aluminum, copper, and plastics.
Ball nose geometry is correct for contoured surfaces, 3D toolpaths, and radius features where a flat end mill produces steps. Two flutes provide the chip clearance aluminum finishing requires, critical in contour passes where depth and direction change continuously.
Coating options available for aluminum and non-ferrous applications.
