200C Series

The 200C Series is Sonic's 3-flute chipbreaker end mill for aluminum, copper, and plastics.

Chipbreaker geometry interrupts chip formation before length and mass create evacuation problems in deep pocket milling and full-width slotting. Standard flute geometry in these operations produces long continuous chips that pack against the wall. The chipbreaker addresses this mechanically, without relying on coolant pressure alone.
