920 Series

D2 is 0.1mm (0.004") less than cutting diameter

The 920 Series is Sonic's solid carbide double angle cutter for symmetric V-groove profiles, dovetail pre-machining, and angular form features requiring equal angles on both sides of the cutter.

Double angle geometry produces a symmetrical cut profile in a single pass. Applications include slide and dovetail preparation, T-slot milling entry passes, and operations where symmetric angular profiles are required.

Multiple included angles available.
