100R Series

The 100R Series is Sonic's 4-flute rougher/profiler end mill for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.

Rougher geometry segments the chip, reducing load per cutting segment and the vibration heavy roughing produces in harder materials. Lower cutting forces allow more aggressive radial and axial engagement without the chatter that limits standard geometry in full-depth roughing.

Available in rougher, profile, and chamfered configurations. Coating options available for ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials.
