The 120 Series is Sonic's 3-flute ball nose solid carbide end mill for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys. Ball nose geometry suits contoured surfaces, cavities, and fillets where a flat end mill leaves steps. Sonic grinds the ball form to 0.0002" lineform accuracy.

Sonic offers the 120 in TiAlSiN for hardened steels, nickel alloys, and titanium alloys. Sonic grinds every shank to h6 for precision holders and leaves a ground finish, not a polished one, so the shank resists slipping. Every tool is engraved with its lot number for traceability.
