950 Series

The 950 Series is Sonic's solid carbide corner rounding end mill for convex radius features and edge breaking.

Corner rounding geometry produces a consistent convex radius in a single pass. Applications include functional edge breaks that remove stress concentrations on machined parts, decorative radius profiles, and precision convex features where radius consistency across parts must be maintained.

The radius is set in the tool geometry, not calculated from a toolpath. Multiple radii available.
