200 Series

The 200 Series is Sonic's 3-flute solid carbide end mill for aluminum, copper, and plastics.

Three flutes balance chip load capacity with chip clearance, providing more cutting edges than a 2-flute design without sacrificing the evacuation geometry aluminum requires.

Polished flute face geometry limits built-up edge formation. Available in square end, corner radius, and chipbreaker configurations. Coating options include TiB2 and uncoated polished carbide depending on application requirements.
