100 Series

The 100 Series is Sonic's 4-flute solid carbide end mill for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.

Four flutes are the standard geometry for profiling, finishing, and light slotting in ferrous materials, balancing chip load per tooth against chip clearance requirements. Corner radius configurations reduce the stress concentration that causes chipping in interrupted cuts.

Available in square end, corner radius, and chamfered options. Coating options available for ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials.
