Tool 100Ri125LFA

Small diameter roughers break. The tool flexes, the edge chips, or heat builds up faster than you can clear it. The 100Ri125LFA addresses this with TiAlSiN coating over a 4-flute chipbreaker design. The coating handles the thermal load while the geometry fragments chips before they pack the flutes.

At 0.125" diameter, every detail matters.
The 0.004" chamfer strengthens the cutting edge without sacrificing bite, while the chipbreaker geometry along each flute breaks material into manageable pieces.
TiAlSiN coating extends tool life in steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys by managing heat at the cutting zone.
This isn't a finishing tool.
The surface it leaves reflects aggressive material removal, not final dimensions.
Run it hard in roughing passes, then switch to your finisher for final geometry.
