The 100R Series is a 4-flute solid carbide rougher built for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys. Chipbreaker geometry along the cutting edge breaks chips into smaller fragments before they have a chance to pack, load the flutes, or drag heat back into the cut.

The 0.625" diameter gives you real material removal rates while maintaining rigidity in the shank.
Four flutes balance surface footage with chip evacuation.
The 0.008" chamfer protects the cutting edge from impact and chipping during entry, extending tool life when you're pushing feed rates.
This one runs uncoated, which means you get the sharp edge geometry carbide delivers without coating buildup affecting dimensional control.
