Heavy cuts in hard materials put stress on the cutting edge. The 100Rm200LA handles that stress with TiAlSiN coating over solid carbide substrate. The coating adds wear resistance and thermal protection when you're pushing feed rates in steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.
