The 100i188LFA is a 3/16" 4-flute end mill from the 100 Series, for profiling and finishing in steel, iron, titanium and nickel alloys. The F in the part number means a reduced neck behind the flutes, so you reach 1.250" from the tip, deeper than its 0.5625" length of cut.

Four flutes are the standard geometry for profiling and finishing in steel, and Sonic shapes the flute form to clear chips.
The end is center cutting, so you can ramp and plunge.
You clamp a 1/4" shank, stiffer than a 3/16" one, and get the reach from the neck.
A 0.004" corner radius holds up better than a sharp corner and leaves a 0.004" fillet where the wall meets the floor.
The TiAlSiN coating is built for heat: it holds up to 1000°C and its low-friction surface cuts down wear.
