Tool 100i375A

Most shops know the feeling. You dial in a program, get good parts, then watch performance drift over the next hundred pieces. The 100i375A addresses this with four flutes that distribute cutting forces evenly across each rotation.

  • TiAlSiN coating adds heat resistance without changing the geometry underneath.
  • In steel and titanium work, that thermal barrier keeps the substrate stable when cutting temperatures climb during longer runs.
  • The coating also reduces friction in the cut, which matters more in materials that tend to work harden under pressure.
  • The R0.006" corner radius prevents the sharp corner chipping that kills consistency in interrupted cuts.
  • Small radius, but enough to distribute stress at the corner where most failures start.
  • Four flutes keep chip load per tooth manageable even at higher feed rates.
