The 110m030LA is a 3" diameter, 3-flute solid carbide end mill for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.
The TiAlSiN coating adds thermal barrier properties that matter when surface speeds climb with diameter.
In titanium roughing or stainless profiling operations, the coating extends tool life by reducing the thermal stress that causes premature wear.
The R0.1" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against chipping while maintaining clean surface finish in interrupted cuts.
Three flutes means more chip clearance per flute than a 4-flute design.
When you are moving serious material in work-hardening alloys, that clearance keeps chips flowing instead of packing.
