The 110m050A is a 5" diameter, 3-flute solid carbide end mill designed for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.
The TiAlSiN coating forms an aluminum oxide layer at cutting temperatures, creating a thermal barrier that keeps heat in the chip rather than the tool.
Three flutes provide the chip evacuation needed to move that heat away from the cut zone.
The 0.1" corner radius distributes cutting forces across more carbide, reducing the stress concentration that leads to chipping on interrupted cuts.
In heavy profiling operations or slotting work, this combination of geometry and coating extends tool life without sacrificing surface finish.
