The 110m050FA is a 3-flute solid carbide end mill designed for steel, iron, titanium, and nickel alloys.
The TiAlSiN coating adds thermal barrier protection and extends tool life in interrupted cuts where heat cycling typically kills uncoated carbide.
The R0.1" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against chipping while maintaining clean corner definition in profiling operations.
At 5" cutting diameter, this geometry balances aggressive material removal with controlled heat generation.
In heavy slotting operations or deep profiling cuts, the extra flute spacing prevents chip packing that leads to premature tool failure.
