Tool 200Ci125FC
Aluminum chips turn into problems fast when you need to go deeper than surface passes. The 200Ci125FC brings chipbreaker geometry to eighth-inch work where chip evacuation matters more than surface finish alone.
- Three flutes distribute cutting forces while the chipbreaker notches segment long aluminum strings before they wrap around the spindle or pack the flutes.
- TiB₂ coating reduces the aluminum's tendency to weld to the cutting edge under the higher heat loads that come with deeper cuts in soft materials.
- The R0.004" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against the impact loads of interrupted cuts while still maintaining reasonable sharpness for aluminum, copper, and plastics.
- Built for slotting operations and deeper passes where standard geometry struggles with chip control.
