Three flutes distribute cutting forces across more edges while the chipbreaker notches segment chips during formation.
The TiB₂ coating adds lubricity where aluminum wants to stick and build up on cutting edges.
Corner radius of 0.004" strengthens the edge while reducing chipping on entry and exit.
Built for slotting and deeper passes in aluminum, copper, and plastics where standard 3-flute geometry struggles with chip evacuation.
