The chipbreaker notches segment chips before they can wrap around the tool or pack the flutes.
Three flutes distribute cutting loads while maintaining aggressive feed rates through deeper passes and slotting work.
TiB₂ coating reduces built-up edge formation that typically occurs when aluminum welds to uncoated carbide at higher cutting speeds.
The R0.006" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge without compromising surface finish in aluminum, copper, and plastic applications.
