Aluminum work hardens under dull cutting edges, and standard tools load up before you finish the pass. The 200Ci750LC brings TiB₂ coating to the chipbreaker platform for extended tool life in aluminum, copper, and plastics where abrasive wear shortens uncoated tool runs.

The chipbreaker geometry segments long stringy chips that would otherwise pack the flutes during slotting and deeper pocket work.
Three flutes distribute the cutting load while the TiB₂ coating provides the slick surface needed to shed aluminum buildup.
The R0.008" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against chipping while leaving a clean surface finish.
Built for production environments where consistent chip evacuation and longer tool life matter more than absolute cutting speed.
Works particularly well in copper alloys where galling becomes an issue with standard geometries.
