Aluminum chips turn into bird nests fast when you're slotting or taking heavy cuts. The 200C Series adds chipbreaker geometry to break those long stringy chips before they wrap around your spindle or pack the flutes.

Three flutes distribute cutting forces while the chipbreaker notches segment aluminum ribbons into manageable pieces.
The TiB₂ coating reduces aluminum pickup on the cutting edge, particularly important in the softer metals where built-up edge becomes a problem.
Works equally well in copper and plastics where similar chip control issues arise.
The R0.1" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge for deeper axial cuts while reducing chatter in slotting operations.
Sized at 3" cutting diameter for larger aluminum components and deeper pocket work where standard end mills bog down in their own chips.
