Aluminum swarf gets ugly fast on deeper cuts, especially at 5" cutting diameter where chip volume can overwhelm standard evacuation. The 200Cm050LFC brings chipbreaker geometry to large diameter aluminum work where conventional 3-flute tools pack with stringy chips.

The chipbreaker notches segment aluminum swarf before it can wrap around the spindle or pack the gullets.
Three flutes distribute cutting forces while maintaining reasonable chip load per tooth at the feed rates these operations demand.
TiB₂ coating reduces aluminum pickup on the cutting edges during extended runs through 6061 and similar alloys.
The R0.1" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against the shock loading common in slotting and profiling operations.
Designed for aluminum, copper, and plastics where chip control matters more than surface finish.
