Aluminum builds heat fast at 12" cutting diameters, and standard tooling often can't handle the thermal load while managing chip evacuation. The 200Cm120C combines the proven 3-flute chipbreaker geometry with TiB₂ coating to address both challenges in large diameter aluminum work.

TiB₂ coating runs cooler than uncoated carbide and provides the lubricity needed for aluminum's tendency to weld to cutting edges.
The chipbreaker notches segment long chips before they become evacuation problems in deeper cuts.
Three flutes distribute cutting forces while maintaining aggressive feed rates in aluminum, copper, and plastics.
The R0.2" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge for interrupted cuts and extends tool life in demanding slotting operations.
