Long aluminum chips turn a good operation into a mess fast. The 200Cm160C adds TiB₂ coating to the proven 3-flute chipbreaker platform for extended tool life in aluminum, copper, and plastics where heat buildup becomes the limiting factor.

Three flutes distribute cutting forces while the chipbreaker notches segment chips before they wrap around the spindle or pack the flutes.
The TiB₂ coating runs cooler than uncoated carbide and resists the adhesion that kills tools in soft materials.
That 0.2" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against chipping while improving surface finish on vertical walls.
Built for deeper slotting operations and aggressive roughing passes where standard aluminum tooling runs hot or struggles with chip control.
The coating extends tool life in continuous cuts and helps maintain dimensional accuracy as heat builds up.
