The 200Cm160LC is a 16mm 3-flute chipbreaker end mill from the 200C Series, for deep pockets and full-width slots in aluminum. The L in the part number means a longer cut: 48mm length of cut (3x diameter), for taller walls and deeper passes.

The chipbreakers cut the chip short before long, continuous chips can pack against the wall in a deep pocket or a full-width slot.
Sonic sets the chipbreaker pattern so you can run a higher feed rate than a smooth flute and still get a good wall finish.
The end is center cutting, so you can ramp and plunge.
A 0.2mm corner radius holds up better than a sharp corner and leaves a 0.2mm fillet where the wall meets the floor.
TiB2 resists aluminum sticking to the edge, so you can run higher speeds and feeds than with an uncoated tool.
