TiB₂ coating provides thermal barrier properties that keep cutting edges stable during extended passes through aluminum, copper, and plastic workpieces.
The R0.2" corner radius distributes cutting forces across a broader edge area, reducing the likelihood of micro-chipping that can initiate coating failure.
Three flutes balance metal removal rates with adequate flute volume for chip clearance, while the integrated chipbreaker geometry segments those long, stringy chips before they pack the gullets.
