The 200i125L030C is a 0.125" diameter 3-flute solid carbide end mill with TiB₂ coating.
Three flutes distribute cutting load while maintaining reasonable feed rates in small diameter work.
The high helix geometry moves chips out before they can weld to the cutting edge or create heat pockets.
TiB₂ coating adds wear resistance for production runs without the aluminum affinity issues you get with AlTiN.
The 0.03" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge and reduces stress concentrations that can cause premature failure in small tools.
Works in aluminum, copper, and plastics.
