The 200i156L030C is a 3-flute solid carbide end mill designed for aluminum, copper, and plastics.
The 0.1563" diameter handles detailed work while three flutes distribute cutting forces evenly, reducing tool deflection on lighter passes.
TiB₂ coating adds wear resistance during extended cuts without the adhesion issues you get from AlTiN on aluminum.
The R0.03" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge compared to sharp corners, extending tool life in interrupted cuts and preventing microchipping on entry.
High helix geometry moves chips out before they can weld to the tool or workpiece.
