The 200i250LC is a TiB₂-coated 3-flute end mill designed for aluminum, copper, and plastics at 0.2500" cutting diameter.
Three flutes distribute chip load across more cutting edges while maintaining feed rates that prevent built-up edge formation.
The R0.006" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge without sacrificing sharpness, extending tool life in interrupted cuts and entry conditions.
TiB₂ coating provides the hardness aluminum work demands without the chemical reactivity of AlTiN coatings.
Heat stays in the chip, not the workpiece.
