Tool 200i313M015C
Built-up edge doesn't announce itself until you're looking at a ruined part. Aluminum sticks, welds, then tears away with chunks of your edge. The damage compounds fast on small diameter work where surface speed drops and heat concentrates.
- The 200i313M015C handles 5/16" aluminum cuts with three flutes that distribute chip load evenly while maintaining reasonable feed rates.
- The TiB₂ coating creates a harder, more slippery surface than uncoated carbide.
- Aluminum has less opportunity to adhere during the cut.
- The 0.015" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge against chipping while producing a smoother surface finish than a sharp corner.
- High helix geometry moves chips out before they can pack or reweld.
- Works in aluminum, copper, and plastics where adhesion is the primary failure mode.
