  • The 200i625S030C is a 3-flute solid carbide end mill designed for aluminum, copper, and plastics.
  • Three flutes reduce chip load per tooth compared to 2-flute designs while maintaining productive feed rates.
  • That lower chip load per tooth is what prevents the heat buildup that causes aluminum to weld to the cutting edge.
  • TiB₂ coating adds wear resistance for demanding cuts without the aluminum pickup you get with AlTiN.
  • The R0.03" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge while improving surface finish on profiling operations.
  • High helix geometry moves chips out fast before they can cause problems.
