The 200i625X125C handles demanding aluminum passes with TiB₂ coating and corner radius geometry.
TiB₂ reduces friction without the aluminum adhesion problems that plague AlTiN coatings.
It simply doesn't stick to aluminum the way other coatings do.
The R0.125" corner radius distributes cutting forces across a larger edge area, extending tool life in interrupted cuts and heavy stock removal where sharp corners would chip out.
Three flutes maintain feed rates while keeping individual tooth loads manageable.
High helix geometry moves chips out before they can build heat or weld to fresh material.
