The 220i125LFC is a 0.125" diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball nose end mill for contouring and profiling in aluminum, copper, and plastics.
The TiB₂ coating reduces friction at the cutting interface while providing thermal barrier properties that keep heat in the chip rather than the tool.
Two flutes maintain the chip clearance advantage critical for aluminum work, even at this smaller diameter where space is limited.
The coating extends tool life in continuous profiling operations where heat buildup typically causes premature edge failure.
