The 220m030C is a 3-inch diameter, 2-flute solid carbide ball nose end mill designed for contouring and profiling in aluminum, copper, and plastics.
The open 2-flute geometry maximizes chip evacuation around the curved ball nose profile, preventing chip packing that leads to heat buildup.
TiB₂ coating adds a thermal barrier that reduces aluminum adhesion while maintaining the sharp edge geometry needed for surface finish in 3D profiling operations.
The large diameter handles heavy profiling cuts while the ball nose geometry produces smooth surface transitions in complex contoured work.
