The 220m030LFC is a 3" diameter solid carbide ball nose end mill designed for heavy aluminum profiling and contouring work.
The 2-flute geometry maintains maximum chip evacuation even at this larger scale, preventing aluminum from welding to the cutting edge during extended passes.
TiB₂ coating provides a low-friction surface that helps chips slide away from the cutting zone rather than adhering to it.
This coating runs cooler than conventional options, which matters when you're moving this much material in heat-sensitive aluminum alloys.
