The 220m060LC is a 6-inch diameter 2-flute solid carbide ball nose end mill with TiB₂ coating for aluminum, copper, and plastics profiling operations.
The TiB₂ coating provides a low-friction surface that reduces aluminum adhesion while maintaining the sharp edge geometry needed for clean surface finishes.
Two flutes create maximum chip evacuation space, critical when the large cutting diameter generates substantial chip volume during contouring passes.
The open flute design prevents chip packing in curved geometries where conventional end mills tend to load up.
