The 920 Series is a solid carbide double angle mill that cuts both faces of a 45-degree V-groove in one pass.
This 0.125" diameter version uses four flutes for smooth surface finish in steel, aluminum, and most machinable metals.
The neck diameter drops to 0.0625" to provide clearance in tight features while maintaining rigidity at the cutting end.
AlTiN coating extends tool life in steel applications by reducing heat buildup at the cutting edge.
The coating also helps with chip evacuation in deeper grooves where material removal rates are higher.
Both cutting faces are held to tight geometric tolerances so the included angle stays consistent part to part.
