  • The 920 Series is a solid carbide double angle mill that cuts both faces of a 45-degree V-groove in one pass.
  • This 0.125" diameter version uses four flutes for smooth surface finish in steel, aluminum, and most machinable metals.
  • The neck diameter drops to 0.0625" to provide clearance in tight features while maintaining rigidity at the cutting end.
  • AlTiN coating extends tool life in steel applications by reducing heat buildup at the cutting edge.
  • The coating also helps with chip evacuation in deeper grooves where material removal rates are higher.
  • Both cutting faces are held to tight geometric tolerances so the included angle stays consistent part to part.
