The 920i1612C is a solid carbide double angle mill with a 30° included angle and 0.125" neck diameter.
Four flutes provide smooth finishes in steel, aluminum, and most machinable metals.
The TiB₂ coating extends tool life in harder materials by reducing friction and heat buildup at the cutting edge.
This coating performs particularly well in steel applications where conventional uncoated tools wear quickly.
The 0.25" cutting diameter handles small groove features while the necked geometry allows access into restricted areas.
Geometry tolerances are held tight across both cutting faces to maintain consistent 30° profiles part to part.
