  • The 920i1624B is a solid carbide double angle mill with a 60-degree included angle and 0.125" neck diameter.
  • Four flutes balance surface finish with chip evacuation on the 0.25" cutting diameter.
  • The reduced neck provides clearance for deep V-grooves and chamfers in confined geometries while the short overall length minimizes deflection.
  • AlTiN coating extends tool life in steel applications where heat buildup degrades uncoated carbide.
  • The coating also reduces adhesion when cutting aluminum, preventing built-up edge formation that compromises surface quality.
  • The 60-degree included angle handles standard chamfer angles and most V-groove specifications across steel, aluminum, and general machinable metals.
