The 920 Series is a solid carbide double angle mill designed for V-groove profiles, double-sided chamfers, and angled slot features in steel, titanium, and most machinable metals.
The geometry is held to tight tolerances across both cutting faces so the resulting profile remains consistent part to part.
AlTiN coating extends tool life when working with harder steels and provides thermal protection during interrupted cuts.
Six flutes provide smooth surface finish while maintaining adequate chip evacuation.
The 0.1875" neck diameter allows access into narrower workpiece features while supporting the 0.3125" cutting diameter.
