The 920 Series is a solid carbide double angle mill designed for 30-degree V-groove profiles, double-sided chamfers, and angled slot features in steel, aluminum, and most machinable metals.
Six flutes provide smooth finishes while maintaining reasonable feed rates.
The TiB₂ coating adds hardness and lubricity for extended tool life in harder steels where uncoated carbide would wear rapidly.
The 0.25" neck diameter allows clearance in restricted access applications while the 0.375" cutting diameter handles most common V-groove widths.
Geometry is held to tight tolerances across both cutting faces so the resulting profile remains consistent part to part.
