This double angle mill cuts 90-degree profiles in steel, titanium, and most machinable metals.
Six flutes distribute cutting forces evenly across both angled faces, which reduces vibration in the smaller 0.25" neck section.
The AlTiN coating handles the heat buildup that comes with simultaneous dual-face cutting, particularly in steel applications where chip evacuation is restricted.
The 90-degree included angle produces square V-grooves and double-sided chamfers in one pass.
Geometry is held consistent between cutting faces so the resulting profile maintains symmetry even as the tool wears.
The 0.375" cutting diameter provides good surface speed control while the neck design allows access into stepped features.
