- The 920i3218B is a solid carbide double angle mill with a 45-degree included angle and six flutes.
- The AlTiN coating extends tool life in steel applications where heat buildup degrades uncoated carbide.
- Six flutes provide a smooth finish at moderate feed rates while maintaining rigidity in the 0.3125" neck diameter.
- The geometry is held to tight tolerances across both cutting faces so the resulting V-groove profile remains consistent part to part.
